As a teacher, I am always looking for reading material that is relevant and interesting. Students from low-income families do not always have access to differentiated reading material at home, so it is my job to provide it for them. I have used TIME for Kids in the past, and it was very successful. These magazines provide students with high interest, relevant articles. Students don't think of these magazines as "work", they make reading practice a FUN activity. Please help me to provide my students with this wonderful resource for the upcoming school year. Thank you for taking the time to read about my project.
