  • Print-eresting Paper, Please

    Funded Dec 19, 2019

Thank you for your generosity! It will help my students succeed for the year. I give my students many graphic organizers, foldables, worksheets, and anything I can print to help them succeed. I print out grades and sit with parents, all for my students to be successful. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity, especially during the holiday season. Happy holidays!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Maniscalco

  • Technology for 8th Grade Title I School

    Funded Nov 15, 2016

Thank you so much for your donations! Although my previous project was not funded completely, the donations from the previous project helped fund this one. This is going to be of great use for my ELLs and SWDs for language acquisition and research. I cannot wait to use this in the classroom!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Maniscalco

  • Printeresting Materials Needed For SpEd/ELL classes!

    Funded Aug 23, 2014

Thank you so much for your donation. Creating graphic organizers for the students makes scaffolding work easier for me and more importantly, easier for the students to comprehend their work.

Students in my class have been writing a plethora of essays in which they will use it to print information and/or their essays. Having this printer has encouraged the students to type their final draft for their essays and creating cover pages for them. They are more enthusiastic to type in which they are printed using the LaserJet donated. Parents have thanked me for printing their child's work for them, since many of the students are living below poverty level.

The printer helps print graphic organizers for their writing assignments and then scaffolding the work until they have written a completed writing piece that is typed.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Maniscalco

My students vary from general education, special education, and English Language Learners. The majority of the students are on poverty level and at times, do not even have a pencil and paper to bring to school. They are eager to learn, but struggle when not given the proper tools.
