My classroom is a diverse community of learners that love to have fun while learning. Through room transformations, hands-on centers, and fun life skill instructions, my students are ready for anything. I love to incorporate SEL into much of my learning because they are skills need as a foundation. Building relationships with students is another important aspect to my classroom community as it allows me to get to know each student individually and make them feel special. I have had my fair share with students that do not enjoy learning and have found a relationship can go a very long way. Celebrating students is another important routine I practice in my classroom. Not all celebrations need to be big events, sometimes recognizing a small change can make a big difference for a student. My students mean the world to me every year and I want to continue to encourage a love for learning!
