Legos In The Library

Thank you so much for your generous donation! My students have had a fantastic time building the Lego kits and free building with the Legos in the mixed boxes. Students who never would have otherwise interacted with each other have been working in tandem and together to build the projects. Their social skills as well as STEM skills have been positively impacted by this project.

This project has also helped my younger students with disabilities participate in the library more often. They are learning to work together and share, as well as organize and build. Their problem-solving skills are increasing with every session, and it is wonderful to see their creativity and innovation shine through in the free builds they make.

Thank you again for bringing this project to our space. Our students will be able to use these Legos for years to come.”
