My students are an eager to learn bunch of first graders. They're 32 in total. Our school is a Title I school that recently fell under program improvement even though our school managed to pull in a score of 835 API. My students are truly ethnically diverse. They are reading at different levels. Their reading levels vary greatly. I have some reading at a beginning kindergarten level as well as others reading at a mid second grade level. I differentiate instruction to meet their needs. I like to provide varied reading experiences. My students are critical thinkers and have a wonderful desire to learn. Something I plan to continuously foster through the use of technology.
