  • Binding Science Together

    Funded Jul 23, 2018

    The Binders have been a huge success in my classroom! Students have been able to make them their own with the fun cover page drawings. The binders have also allowed all my students to keep their contents in the classroom and have been incredibly organized. Students have been able to take on the role of researchers and engineers with these binders because it works as a portfolio of their learning. Colleagues are starting to move away from the interactive notebooks because they have been able to see how successful the binders are. Thank you for all you have done for my classroom.”

  • TV All The Way!

    I cannot thank you enough for your contribution! It is my goal next year to be the most innovative teacher I can be. With all my technology I have coming into my classroom, my students will be able to go from seeing themselves on the classroom TV to eventually seeing themselves on cable TV. Students are given a giant list of supplies needed before the school year, requested by their future teachers. In the past, the request list has been extremely expensive and over the top. If I can take some of those supplies requests away, I think it will relieve the stress of back to school shopping for students and parents. The binders will help students keep all their information, projects, assessments and activities all in one place. At the end of the year, they will have a portfolio of all they have learned. Binders are usually one of the most expensive supplies too, therefore providing the students with this tool would be ideal.

About my class
