  • iPads for Literacy and Learning

    Funded Feb 3, 2021

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and my students! I am speechless! I can't wait to put the iPads to good use and show everyone how beneficial iPads and literacy are when used in the classroom! I can't wait to tell my students that the iPads are on their way!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Adams

  • Supplies for Success: What Every Kid Needs!

    Funded Oct 24, 2019

Months have gone by but the impact that your donation has had on my small group has been invaluable! Every day, my students use the supplies I was able to purchase with your donation. Many of my students are not able to purchase the basic school supplies and are dependent on donations, teachers wallets, PTO, leftovers, etc. for them to have what they need to be a success at school. As we entered Flu season, I knew my class would be as germ free as possible with the Clorox wipes and tissues I purchased. The students love to help clean the room free of germs! One big perk was to replace the tabletop easel and whiteboards the students use during small group. The students were very excited when I handed them their own whiteboard, dry erase marker, and eraser! Again, the students and myself thank you for your thoughtfulness!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Adams

  • If They Read It, They Will Grow!

    Funded Mar 19, 2019

You might remember me sharing how I felt a laptop and color printer would help impact my small groups for struggling readers K-2. Small group guided reading if not differentiated by the teacher can become redundant and boring. The materials I requested have allowed me to add meaningful, engaging, and FUN reading activities to my guided reading groups increasing student achievement and overall growth!

With the laptop and printer I chose, I have been able to add hands on activities to my lessons that will keep my students wanting more and more!

From the pictures I've published, you can see that I have purchased and printed multiple games (with more to come) that have focused on alphabet recognition, sight word recognition, writing, and ways for the students to work on a growth mindset, not a fixed one!

I'm not done yet! I'm adding to my resources daily! Thanks again!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Adams
