• Art Necessities for Amazing 1st Graders!

  This project was tremendously helpful for providing needed art supplies for both the end of our year last year as well as the beginning of the school year this year. A lot of our students come in and cant help provide these things in our classroom so this was extremely helpful.

  This impacted our learning because it makes everything more fun when we have the proper supplies and the children have choices in colors and art projects. We were running low and this project came just in time to help our students.”

• Sensational STEM Class Searching for Some Super Activities!

  This wonderful gift card that you so generously donated to us has been put to great use. We have used it to purchase digital tools that we print for our class to improve our STEM activities. The students have gotten choice boards that help create and foster their autonomy when it comes to using our makerspace for STEM projects. We also have used it to purchase Stem project ideas that have included instructions and STEM tasks to engage the students in new and fun stem activities. • Makerspace for Great 1st Grade Minds!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. We will be using the supplies you helped us get to create a maker space or area in our classroom where the students can explore and create in STEM activities. The students will create and build different structures based off of literacy skills to tie together their math, technology, engineering and math skills. We have now created an area in our ro where the students are free to get the materials however they see fit. This is a great way for our class to explore and show some independence.”

• Supplies for Super 1st Graders!

  My students were thrilled when they saw all the new supplies. We had been in need of glue and scissors and the students got so excited to have new opportunities to get new stuff in the middle of the year. We have used both the scissors and the glue to complete activities that help foster a different modality of learning. We LOVE the bright paper and have used it in many ways to brighten our classroom making it a more lively place to be in.

  Specifically the students used both the paper, glue and scissors in order to make mother and fathers day cards.”

• EXTRAordinary 1st Grades Need EXTRA Classroom Supplies!

  Your amazing donation has helped our class tremendously. I can't even begin to explain the impact that a new printer and copier has made on our class. We are now easily able to make worksheets and centers for small group work. The students are so excited when we are printing things in color and find them way more exciting than in black and white. • 1st Graders Precious Printing for a Powerful Year

  We can't thank you enough for helping our classroom get the printer and copier that we so desperately needed. We are now able to print and copy so many necessary worksheets and create centers to help learning become more engaging. Without your generous donation we wouldn't have this great technology in our classroom.

• Digital Resources for Delightful 1st Graders

  Your generous donation has helped our classroom and students tremendously. We have not had a colored printer in our classroom and it has made creating fun and engaging activities very difficult!

• iPad for Our Class That’s Rad!

  Thank you so much for your help in getting an ipad for our classroom. This helps my students in many ways. A lot of my students do not have technology at home and we are trying to expose them to alternate ways to add to the curriculum. With the ipad the students are able to participate in an engaging math and reading lesson that is catered to the needs of each individual student. Not only do we want our students to learn, but to be excited to do so. I can't thank you enough for your help. We have already seen an improvement in engagement in the classroom from this opportunity.”

• First Graders Need Tech

  Our classroom will benefit from this tablet in so many ways. One way is that the students are able to access programs that they normally couldn't at home. We have Razkids.com, xtramath.org, and i-ready.com that the students will all be able to use in class. These websites are utilized in so many ways. Students will be able to listen and read books online fostering their goals of improving reading skills as well as answering comprehension questions. They will also be able to take quizzes and then have personalized lessons to complete based off of their needs on iready. My students love technology and find it extremely exciting when it can be used in school!”

• Tech For First Grade

  Thank you so much for donating to my Project so that my class can receive an surface pro to practice their reading and math skills in the classroom!

  Many of my students do not have access to tablets and computers at home, so it's essential that they get to use them during the school day. The surface pro arrived last week and my class is extremely excited that we have an additional technology to pass around the classroom for them to practice their math facts on, as well as read books on, and practice other reading and math skills on a program called I ready that my Principal purchased a subscription for, for the class to use.
