Most of my students have autism which can cause them to become overstimulated or under-stimulated very easily. Something as simple as a peer coloring can distract one of them from doing their work which is why having the classroom dividers is important. The dividers will also enable my staff and I to work one-on-one with students in a distraction-free environment to increase the chances of finishing their work! Like a lot of children with special needs, my kids struggle with completing fine motor tasks. The blocks and sorting bins will help them work on these skills in a fun way!
