Multi-sensory activities are key to helping my students learn. While learning the spelling of irregularly spelled words, we currently use sand to write in. For some of my students, the sand is irritating to their skin. The color-changing bags would allow my students to write the sight words without irritation and to see the word written in a way that they will remember it, helping my K-2nd grade students to learn and stay calm. The touch and feel books are loved by my kinder students and keeps them engaged while being read to.
