  • Can You Hear Me?

    Funded Dec 10, 2024

Thank you for your support in education. The new headphones were greatly needed and have been wonderful to have in the classroom. Many of the students did not bring in headphones or the headphones had stopped working. We use headphones on a daily basis with learning apps. It was difficult when a student's headphones stopped working and I didn't have extra headphones for them. Now, I am able to loan them a pair of headphones to use.

Without your support in the classroom, I would not have been able to provide headphones. In addition, I will have headphones for the upcoming year for a family that is unable to afford to bring in headphones.”

  • Proud Printers

    Funded Dec 8, 2024

Thank you for your donations for the new classroom printer. It has been so wonderful to have a printer in the classroom. Now,that we have a printer available, we are able to print students work as well as use when we need extra copies.

The students are thrilled to see the work being doing in a learning app that can be printed to display within the classroom. Also, it's wonderful to be able to show the parents during open house or parent conferences the work, that they are doing in a variety of learning apps during the week.

We appreciate your help in providing donations that enhance the student's learning.”

  • Little Readers

    Funded Aug 23, 2023

Thank you so much for your thoughtful donation. The books that were in the project are wonderful for reading practice for the students. Since, getting the books I have had the students take home to practice reading at home. It's a wonderful thing to be able to send the books home so that they can read to parents, siblings and grandparents. All of the extra practice, will help the students become confident, successful fluent readers. Currently, the new curriculum doesn't have a lot of time for small group instruction so having leveled books to take home is extremely important in becoming a fluent reader.”

  • Snacking at School

    Funded Oct 18, 2023

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous donations. Getting this project funded was very important to me. The snacks, water and juices are wonderful to have on hand in the classroom. Many days there are students that do not bring a snack, some parents just don't have the extra money right now to be able to provide their child with a daily snack. Your generosity allowed me to be able to offer the students snacks when they don't have one. In fact, I have even given snacks to all students at times so they didn't feel left out.”

  • School Supplies

    Funded Aug 10, 2023

This year, we have a brand new reading and math curriculum. The dry erase boards are necessary to have for the students to be able to practice handwriting, reading and math skills. With your support, I was able to provide all students with a board, eraser and dry erase marker. It makes it so much easier when each student has their own board. It saves time throughout the day when they are easily accessible for everyone. Your support and generosity means the world to me and my students. It has made our days run smoother.”

  • New Year, New Supplies

    Funded Aug 3, 2023

This project of school supplies and cleaning supplies was much needed. I have many students who were unable to bring in the requested school supplies because of financial concerns. It was a wonderful blessing to be able to let parents know some of the requested supplies were no longer needed because we had generous donors that helped the class out. It was a great feeling to let the parents know that they would be able to get some relief from school supplies. I wouldn't have been able to help the students out without your support.”

  • Diversity for Me

    Funded Jun 4, 2023

Thank you so much for your donations. It was wonderful to be able to add new books in the class library. What is even more exciting is that the students really enjoy read alouds. The books have been grabbing their attention, they seem focused on the what they are listening to. In addition. Some of the students really enjoy seeing characters that look like them or have similarities to them. We are so grateful for your generosity and support of students and education. I wouldn't be able to add the materials without your help.”

  • We Love Books!

    Funded May 2, 2023

Thank you so much for all of your help getting new books in my hands for read alouds. It's so important for the students to hear books read fluently. We are so excited for the books because we love some of the authors. I look forward to doing an author study with the students and your support of our classroom is allowing us to do that. The boys and girls were so excited as we unpacked the books. They loved being able to take a picture walk and find the books they liked the best. We appreciate all of your help getting new books into our hands.”

  • Shaping Up in Math

    Funded Jan 18, 2023

Thank you so much for your donations. Your generosity has allowed the students to have access to additional math learning materials. Kindergarten students are so busy and it is so important to have materials that will keep their attention. The new materials keep the students interest and motivated to learn. We definitely needed the materials to add to our math stations. They are able to learn new math skills and to practice old math skills all while having fun. Thank you for your support in education and the young minds of kindergarten students.”

  • Teachers Pay Teachers for Kinder

    Funded Feb 8, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donation. I was able to purchase materials needed for a variety of topics within the curriculum. Many of the materials enhanced learning the new material. Some of the materials purchase were hands-on activities. The students really get excited and motivated to learn the new material when it involves hands on activities. Without your donation, I wouldn't have been able to add the new learning materials so easily in the classroom. I really appreciate your help with getting students new materials that helps to motivate them to learn.”
