I Screen, YOU Screen, WE ALL Screen for iPADS!
Funded Dec 31, 2021Words can't even begin to express the gratitude and thanks I have for all your generous donations. You are all truly amazing people, who don't see my students for their diagnosis but for their potential. The materials you have donated will be a huge help to us in our classroom as we strive to reach our academic, social-emotional, and behavioral goals. It is touching to see you share my vision for reaching my students, and heartwarming to know that you encourage and support me in doing what I absolutely LOVE doing, teaching.
Without your generous donations it would have taken me at least a few months of saving and shopping. All of you have shown my students that you believe in them and that kindness counts and that even a little bit goes a long way in this big world.
Thank you for supporting these AMAZING young adults :)
Wish you Good Health & Happiness this new year! Happy New Years to you and your families!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Jensen

Sensational Sensory Supplies
Funded Mar 12, 2014I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown myself and my students.
These materials have already proven to be invaluable for my students. The sensory toys such as the sensory balls, clean sand, sensory play materials have shown to greatly improve behaviors in my room. My students are able to quiet down and really focus on their work while using the sensory toys. The Magnetic activities, fine motor jars, and tweezers tongs color sorting kit have shown to be fun motivational activities for my students to engage with that have helped them to strive and succeed in their academic, social, and behavioral goals. It really is an indescribable moment when you see first hand students learning and reaching their goals, and I have all of you to thank for these unforgettable moments!
Thank you so so so much for having such faith in me and my students.”

Funded Nov 9, 2013I cannot even begin to express the gratitude and thanks I have for your donation to my project. It is touching to see you share my vision for reaching my students, and heartwarming to know that you encourage and support me in doing what I absolutely love doing, teaching.
The tools that you have funded have enabled the most amazing group of young adults with disabilities to express themselves and socialize with one another in a new and exciting way. It has helped my students increase their self-confidence, body awareness, social skills, and love for learning!
Thank you so much!! My students are super excited and extremely grateful for your donations. They look forward to "Wii Fridays" when they earn enough coins to play. When the students are behaving, doing their work, interacting appropriately with one another, and/or do something "spectacular" throughout the day they earn a penny, and if they earn 0.25 cents by Friday they get to play Wii. I have seen a huge increase in student participation and positive student social interactions since introducing the Wii. "Wii Fridays" has been a great way to motivate the students' learning and behaviors in such a positive manner, more than I could have ever hoped for. It has also been a great way for my students to practice identifying and counting money.
The students and I will continue to look forward to "Wii Fridays" for the rest of the year. Thank you again for your generous donation to our class!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Jensen
