I am a full time elementary music teacher in Mustang, OK. I teach Kindergarten- 4th grade general music. I also lead an after school 4th grade Honor Choir as well. My students learn the basics of music through a variety of ways. Some of the many ways we learn are: learning instruments, learning rhythm notation and reading, folk song singing, singing games, folk dancing, and musical repertoire for programs. Each grade has 1 huge performance a year for families. I am a vocalist so I enjoy teaching the basics of singing and how to do it healthily.
