Soccer Fitness Club
Funded Feb 4, 2024Our students had so much fun during our soccer program! The program had an overwhelming response of eighty children sign up for the program. We played many games and learned new skills. The best part was watching friendships across grade levels blossom!
The supplies we received were invaluable to the program, as many students did not have soccer balls. The cones and mesh jerseys were used for games. Since the program is now finished, all the materials were given to the physical education team so that the whole school could use these items.
We appreciate your generosity so much, and could not have run this program without these donations!”

Soccer Nets
Funded Feb 10, 2024We are so appreciative of your generosity! We are so excited that we will be able to host this soccer camp for our students. We recently received a group of migrant students who were so excited to hear about the program! This will be an excellent way to incorporate them into our school community.”

Flexible Seating
Funded Oct 10, 2021Thank you so much for your generous donations. The kids love using these flexible seating options at our teacher table. Because the chairs allow for movement, students are able to focus better. This creates a strong learning environment for students who require support from the teacher table with minimal distractions. Even when I am not hosting a lesson at the teacher table, students love using these chairs during times like snack, group work, or independent work. They are certainly much more comfortable than our standard school chairs!”

Nothing Beats Frindle!
Funded Nov 5, 2020I worry I can't put into words how much these books have impacted my students. The kids were so excited to pick them up from school and use them. It seems small, but this little bit of normalcy of holding a book in their hands, during such uncertain times, is so powerful. Students read these books in class and during their free time, and were so excited to learn that they get to keep them forever!
It means so much to us as a classroom community to be able to discuss the books without barriers. These books were not available electronically for free for our students, and many would not have had these books otherwise without your donations.
This book is especially wonderful for our students, because it discusses a theme of the importance of teachers and how children can change the world. Both could not be done with, as the Beatles would say, "a little help from our friends," and in this case, our donors. We appreciate your incredible generosity during these times. I feel so proud to be part of a supportive community who are always willing to lend a helping hand.”

It means so much to us as a classroom community to be able to discuss the books without barriers. Ironically enough, the week after most of the kids had picked up their books, the program we use for online books was down. Thankfully we had our paper copies or else the lesson would have been ruined!
We appreciate your incredible generosity during these times. I feel so proud to be part of a supportive community who are always willing to lend a helping hand.”
