  • Headphones For My Kindergarteners!

    As a class, we are SO THANKFUL for your thoughtful donation and your willingness to be a positive impact in our community. Providing a comprehensive class set of headphones has given my students the ability to participate in individualized as well as group technology lessons. They absolutely love working on computers and tablets. We have put our headphones to good use during online lessons, online testing opportunities, and group games on classroom tablets. Having our complete set of headphones has allowed students to develop technology skills that will continue to benefit them as they progress through elementary school and beyond. We are so appreciative that you decided to join us in our educational growth this school year!”

The world is digital and unfortunately my students are not fully aware. Most of my students do not have access to different technological resources, like the internet or even Wi-Fi, but they need to be to become successful within the world! I would like to integrate more technology into the classroom to promote growth for each student at their own level and their own pace. I want to introduce them to ideas that are available online and to do that, we need working headphones. I am asking for 24 pairs of headphones; with headphones, my students will be have access to an incredible amount of new learning opportunities online. They will enjoy listening to different programs to increase their listening comprehension skills; songs to help them memorize the alphabet; and stories to become familiar with new sight words. Please help me help my students--thank you very much!
