The classroom environment can really change a students performance and motivation. This year I have incorporated flexible seating. Most of the students chose to sit on the tables because the old hard chairs we have so uncomfortable and non-ergonomical. I want to provide a comfortable learning environment for my students and offer them places to sit so they can focus on learning, such as bean bag chairs. I tell students to sit where they do their best learning but unfortunately I don't have a lot of options for them. I would like to build a classroom with several appealing options for students. Students spend so much time in schools and I feel making them feel happy here is important.
