I chose flexible seating for students who have difficulty sitting for long periods of time. Pillows are a great way to have a child sit with their peers on the rug during instruction. They can also be used for comforting when a child needs a break to refocus. The cozy canopy is great for students who need a sensory break. Having the sheer covers allows them to see what is going on in the classroom. The pillows can be comforting as their bodies clam as well as a good book or tool for their hands. The light table alphabet tracing tiles are great for students who have fine motor weakness to learn how a letter is formed. The repetitive action on a table that lights up is a great way to help their muscle memory. All of these tactile items would benefit my students since each child has a different need.
