There are two groups of resources that will make a profound difference in my students' learning. First, the age-appropriate books will help students learn how to code in their chosen language. Students usually start by learning to program in blocks with Scratch and then work their way up to Python. So, having a programming library is invaluable. It's not enough to learn how to program games, though--students need to learn how to connect their coding to the physical world. Computer and robotics kits allow students to better understand how coding can be used to affect the physical world. Overall, this project will help me provide the materials my students need to take their interests in coding to the next level.
