These books will help my students stay engaged during read alouds whether we are in school or remotely. Engagement during remote learning is hard, especially when they are in their own environments, so I am hoping to increase engagement though awesome books! I want to promote love for reading and there is no better way than with books that are engaging, inclusive, and at the same time teach a lesson. Some books are only for engagement purposes, while others help represent different cultures in my classroom. I want everyone in my classroom to feel represented, especially in the books we read.
