These items will be used for students who are Deaf-Blind and students with additional disabilities. The items are focused on social emotional skills and accessible materials. Students who are Deaf-Blind enjoy materials that are accessible. This means, easy to see, easy to feel, easy to use (while still challenging). This will allow the students to explore and learn independently. These hands-on experiences will help develop skills related to academic learning. The social emotional skills will allow the students to control their emotions. This will help promote a calm and ready-to-learn mindset for them.
