I am an experienced life-science educator currently teaching at a large urban high school in New Hampshire. I try to make my classes as experiential as possible, where students are encouraged to think outside the box and make connections with other disciplines. In addition to my science credentials, I am ESOL certified, which has given me skills which help all my students in the area of literacy development. I especially enjoy opportunities to mentor students and colleagues in their academic, personal and professional growth. I am proud of my altruistic work with Alpha Delta Kappa, the honorary educator sorority. In my free time, I spend time outdoors, knit, workout and play the ukulele! Thank you for considering supporting my students and classroom!
