  • Warm and Cozy

    Funded Jan 19, 2025

Thank you so much for helping me keep my students warm and cozy this Winter. Winters in Arkansas can be crazy, so I want to ensure every student in my class is prepared for those cold days with a coat, hat, and gloves. This project will make that possible and it’s all thanks to YOU!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Julie Weaver, NBCT

  • Interactive Recess

    Funded May 16, 2024

Thank you for supporting my classroom by donating to this project. My students were so excited to see these new materials as they arrived to our classroom. We are still enjoying them each and every day when we go out for recess! The students love being able to make bubbles galore with the bubble wands and they love being able to share their artistic abilities with the sidewalk chalk. Additionally, the bubble boards I requested have been such a fun way to practice skills through play! Thanks for making this possible!”

  • New Year, New Needs

    Funded Apr 12, 2024

Thank you for helping us get these extra snacks for our classroom. As you know, it is hard to work when you are hungry. My students don't have to worry about that anymore because we always have a steady supply of snacks on hand for the moments when hunger strikes. Now, we can get right back to work after refueling our bodies and have less loss of instructional time. This is all possible because of your donations. My students feel extra special knowing that these were donated specifically with them in mind, so when they see snacks that are "their favorite", they know it's because they were purchased just for them!”

  • Stock Our Book Vending Machine

    Funded Apr 11, 2024

I cannot thank you enough for helping us get these awesome new books for our Inchy Book Vending Machine! This service project has been a huge success with our students! Our older students love being able to help keep the books stocked in the machine because they know it means that their little brothers, sisters, friends, and classmates (and even they) may get to earn a book coin to get a new book! There are few things more exciting than getting a prize from your teacher, but getting a prize that comes out of this awesome vending machine really makes the whole experience even more magical! Our students are so excited to have their hands on new books and are happy to earn book coins over other prizes like slime and stickers!”

Our school has been identified as a low-socio economic school. More than 90% percent of our students are on a free or reduced lunch program. Our school is located in an area that could be considered to be in need of repair. Parent involvement at our school is minimal because the majority of our parents work more than one job and find it difficult to become actively involved with the school. Due to recent budget cuts, our teachers have had to seek their own sources of funding for special materials and activities.
