• Fall in Love With Books

  My students are loving the books you so generously donated to our classroom. Reading to my students is my favorite time of the day! My students ask me "When is story time?" multiple times a day because they love it just as much as I do.

  Reading aloud to children proves to be essential in giving them skills to become successful readers. I make it a top priority to read to them every day.

  My students have loved hearing me read all the books you gave us! Thank you so much! I am so thankful for sweet people like you who support teachers and most of all students!”

• Learn to Play, Play to Learn

  My students are loving the materials you so generously donated to our classroom. The wooden blocks and stacking stones have been a hit! The peg board with colored wooden beads to build pictures has also been a favorite option for center time.

  I love to watch my students learn and grow through play! The resources you provided have been a great tool to building language, especially for my EL students, and engage students to work together and share. They love to explore their creativity and see what they can build or create with the resources you provided us with.

• Play Is a Child's Work

  My students are loving the materials you so generously donated to our classroom. The city and road rug along with the building blocks has been a hit and is now a favorite for center time.

  I love to watch my students learn and grow through play! The resources you provided have been a great tool to building language, especially for my EL students, and engage students to work together and share. They love to build towns and cities and play with the blocks, people, and vehicles. This is also a great learning opportunity when we talk about community helpers!

• Storage for Students' Supplies

  Thank you so much for your generosity toward my classroom project! I couldn't wait to share the news with my students. They are always excited to receive packages with goodies in them they can use.

  This shelf for storage is so very helpful in our classroom. It stores materials that we use daily. the top of the shelf is used to house student book tubs that holds daily folders, crayon boxes, and other tools we use. The shelves are used to store blocks for discovery and play centers which are essential for social growth in young learners.

• A Rainbow of Possibilities

  My students love using the colorful paper to create projects that correlate with our units of studies. I also love using to create memos, newsletters, and notes for my students and parents. For example, I send home notes for good behavior to brag on my students and the bright paper makes it noticeable and fun!

• Books That Teach!

  Thank you so very much for your donation to my classroom project of picture books! I was so excited to hear that this project was fully funded. I love reading books aloud to my students every day. I have already read most of the books in this project to my new students and they loved them all so much. We will read them again and again. • Froggy, Froggy He's Our Guy

  Oh my goodness was I excited to see that this project had been funded! I have been teaching for 17 years and every year Froggy books are a favorite in my classroom. They love the character of Froggy and how funny and silly he is. I only had a couple Froggy books and I knew I wanted to have the entire collection to share with my students. I thank you so much for your generosity towards my classroom and to my students. Without people like you, I couldn't get the resources that I would want to provide my students with each year.
