Cheetah Bucks
Funded Jan 4, 2007Thank you for your generous donation. The school has initiated cheetah bucks to help reward positive behaviors in students. Any time a student is seen demonstrating safety, responsibility or respect they are given a ticket by a school staff member. The students use the "bucks" in the school store during their lunch. The items in the store range from 2 tickets to 50 tickets, so that all students have an opportunity to earn something. This donation will be added to the items in the store”

Art Supplies
Funded Nov 15, 2006Thanks you for your donation. The art paper will give us numerous opportunities and outlets to express ourselves. We will be able to add some artistic elements to our book reports and other projects. Students will also be able to create books with bright and colorful illustrations. The only paper available at our school is yellow manila paper which is unattractive.
Thank you,
J. ”

Where have all the books gone?
Funded Oct 25, 2006Thank you for funding our proposal. My students enjoy reading so much that books are never returned to the classroom library. It is great to see the kids take books to lunch or home; however it sometimes is costly to continuously replenish our book supply.
Thank you,

** A/V Cart **
Funded May 5, 2006Thank you for your donation of the a/v cart. The overhead projector is useful tool in the classroom and I use it daily. I usually have to ask a student to move so that I can put the overhead on their desk. The a/v cart will allow me to move the cart around freely.
Sincerely,

Free to Breathe
Funded Nov 1, 2004Thank you very much for funding this proposal. It could not have come at a better time. Our students are taking a standardized test this month and our classroom is still warm and stuffy. I can't wait to tell the students, as they will be as excited as I am. Once again, thank you and blessings in return”
