We are requesting iPods and virtual reality glasses to take our classroom from rural Wisconsin to a global adventure to support individualized student learning.
These technology improvements would be the first in our district to allow for us to take virtual reality field trips into cells, roller coasters and throughout the world. We will connect education in our textbooks to real life application. Students can experience wildlife jungles in 360 degree view, explore how pressure chambers work, and put them selves in the perspective of someone in historical milestones such as the civil war. This project is near and dear to our heart to reach out to students with all types of background and learning levels who may not have technology and application ability at home.
