• (Art) Education Needs Art Supplies

  Thank you for the art supplies you so generously donated to my class! We have been hard at work using them in every possible activity. Markers and crayons have been used to color and draw pictures as well as elevate writing. The students absolutely LOVED the tempera pain sticks and have used them in every and any moment they possibly could. And don't get me started on the whiteboard markers, they have been live savers.

• Things That Make Teaching Easier

  Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my project, 'Things That Make Teaching Easier'. The materials you helped fund for my class are classroom tools that help facilitate learning. For example, my students use the clipboards daily when they are writing on the carpet. The supply caddies hold all the art materials students need when working on a project. The pocket charts are used during a variety of lessons as well as displaying students names, vocabulary words and more.

  My students are so grateful for the materials you provided. They value these tools and use them daily during all lessons and activities. Students who sometimes need to sit closer to the board in order to see a question or problem especially love the clipboards. Materials help make learning easier and more accessible for our students. They also help differentiate and scaffold so that all students have the ability to learn and grow.

  Moving forward, my class will continue to use these materials across content areas. Once again, thank you for your generosity.”
