This is my second year teaching 4th grade at a new school, in a new district. We place a large emphasis on individualizing instruction and empowering kids to find material that interests them. Our main focus is reading and using quality literature to guide instruction. I introduce all topics using books. I hope to encourage students to find a love of reading.
