• Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine (4)

  Our school has a book vending machine named Inchy. Our project Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine (4) is such a great one! Through this project we were able to get so many titles for Inchy that our students want to read. The Raina Telgemeier series is very popular with our upper grade students, and when they saw these, conversations instantly began about which book was better and which book they hoped to get. The same thing happened with the Emmie & Friends 4-Book Box Set. One of our librarian's favorite things is to hear students discussing books, and we are so grateful that you have provided this opportunity for our students.”

  Thank you so much for Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine! SInce we have been back in January, Inchy has had many students picking books and it is so fun to see the excitement buzzing around Inchy. We have handed out books for birthdays, reading calendars, and earning a Gothca. Our librarian has been pleasantly busy refilling the Inchy row because it feels like we look up and a row is empty. That is a great thing as it means the books are in the hands of our students! The Land of Stories is a great fantasy series, while our replacement, the InvestiGators is a graphic novel that appeals to all grades. That series did not stay in Inchy long! Our younger students were thrilled to see The Princess in Black and How to Catch a Dragon. Thank you for inspiring our students to read by helping us provide titles that they WANT to read!”

  Thank you for Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine! As a school, our goal is to get our students reading! One way we do this is through Inchy. Our students can earn an Inchy token by showing the 3 R's, being Ready, Respectful, and Responsible. They also receive a token for their birthday and being student of the week. Having books in Inchy that students want to read helps us build a community of readers. Students like to stand around Incny and talk about the books that are on display. Mindy Kim is a very popular series, and we love that students who celebrate Lunar New can see themselves in this series. Many students love to read about dragons and so The Wings of Fire graphic novels will be definitely be popular. Students will also be excited to see The Last Kids on Earth. We appreciate your support and are excited to get our students reading.”

  Thank you so much for Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine! Our books have arrived, and our students are thrilled to see them in Inchy. My favorite part is watching students gather around. Inchy in order to discuss the books that are on display. As they do this, students get interested in reading new books and exploring titles they had not thought about before. Our students who celebrate Lunar New Year are excited to see Ruby's Chinese New Year. Many students enjoy reading books by Stuart Gibbs and the Percy Jackson series. Having these books in Inchy will appeal to many students.”

  Thank you for Feeding Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine! Inchy is so important to our school. She is in our library, and students can often be found gathered around Inchy talking about books! It is wonderful to see and hear. We want to our students to fall in love with reading, and having books that they want to read is how we do it.

  The Princess in Black is such a fun series. Our students love filling the adventures of the princess and reading about the adventures she has with her friends.

  How To Catch A Dragon is leading to great conversations about how our students celebrate the Lunar New Year and what they are looking forward to. The Click series will be very popular with our upper graders.

  Thank you for helping us to Feed Inchy, Our Book Vending Machine with such great titles. Our students are excited to see The 12 Days of Lunar New Year in Inchy, and it is a fun book to compare to the 12 Days of Christmas. Our upper grade students enoy reading Artemis Fowl, as he is a.young mastermind! The Warriors and Babysitter's Club series appeal to students in all grades.

  Having a diverse book selection in Inchy helps us have books that will appeal to all of our students. We want everyone to be able to find a book that they will enjoy, and we appreciate your help in making this happen.”

  Thank you so much for supporting, Inchy, our book vending machine. Inchy is so important to the culture of our school. Our students love to earn an Incny token and pick out tier very own book to take home. The books in this project have our students so excited. Big Nate appeals to students in so many grades. When they see Big Nate in Inchy, students gather around Inchy and talk about which book is their favorite and which one they are excited to read. Our older students enjoy Percy Jackson while our younger students will be excited to see The Night Before Lunar New Year as they get ready to celebrate the upcoming holiday.”

• Playing and Learning Together

  Thank you for supporting our project, Playing and Learning Together. The arrival of these resources is perfect! Our libriarian is reading How To Catch A Dragon during library and the students are so excited for the story. The How to Catch A series is very popular, and this story did not disappoint. Out students were excited to talk about Lunar New Year and share some of their traditions with their classmates.

  We pumped out some soccer balls today, and they were a hit a recess. The students were so happy to have new balls to play with.

  Thank you so much for helping us Feed Inky, Our Book Vending Machine! The arrival of the books was perfect! Today our librarian shared How To Catch A Dragon with her classes, and told the students there were other copies in Inchy. They were so excited. I know this book will be a big hit! Our students are also excited about having the InvestiGators series. This is a fun graphic novel that students of all ages enjoy.

Our students are excited about about Percy Jackson and Spy School. These are some of their favorite series. Having titles that the students are interested in will help them become readers who enjoy reading for the sake of reading. It is so important that they can get lost in a story, and I appreciate you making that happen.
