Every Learning Supply Counts
Help me give my students increase their learning of vocabulary words with basic school supplies, such as ink cartridges, paper, laminating pouches, and pencils.
Thank you for your thoughtful donations. My students are having a blast during movement time, listening to music in the radio and singing the songs using the microphone. One student in specific . a little girl is having a blast using the microphone to sing songs. This child who is nonverbal is able to express herself and use words only when using the microphone to do karaoke songs. I am very grateful for the supplies you have provided so my students can have a better school year. Thank you so much.”

I am so grateful for you kind and generous donations. My students are having a good time enjoying their rewards. Students are more motivated to finished their classwork and following the rules because they want to earn their prizes. Our classroom reward system is a way of celebrating student achievement and positive behavior. All their hard work is being recognized and fun games and silly toys are a great way to reward their efforts.Thank you for helping me improve my students' quality of life in the classroom.”
Thank you so much for your thoughtful donations. Your generosity made possible for my students to use their creativity and bring to life their thoughts and ideas through books. My students are very enthusiastic about making books and being able to bind them into an actual book. One student is specific, has taken it upon himself to help everyone in the class to bind their books. Some of my students who were a bit reserved about expressing their ideas through writing, are now excited to write and draw pictures to illustrate their work.”

The first week of schools was a week of joy and creativity for my students and I. Being able to start the school year with all the necessary basic school supplies made a such a difference. My students were excited to participate during group activities due to the colorful charts and accessible materials they have to complete classwork. The ink for the printer provided colorful instructions. The crayons, glue, and classroom decorations brought ideas and imagination from their mind to the papers. Having plenty of items for everyone to use at once without having to wait for available materials kept the lessons going fluently. I am forever grateful for your support and generosity. Every one of my students feel so special because they desk have the necessary supplies needed to access the lessons. I remembered one of my students saying, "Look we have new pencils, crayons, scissors" and I felt such a warm feeling. Thank you for all your support.”

These iPads will serve as training devices to teach our students how to use technology to comment, request and initiate conversations with peers and adults. It will also allow them to navigate their community once they learned how to use the iPad to voice out their thoughts. Using the accessibility features of iPad, non-verbal students with autism will be able to socially interact with others using apps such as Gotalk, and Text-Speech.
The iPad will give them a voice, allowing them to become more independent, and active participants during class discussions/ group activities.
Using the iPad to communicate will also increase their level of involvement during school and community events.
