Hello! Can You Hear Me?
Funded May 29, 2020Your generous donation has taken my students to a whole new world of distance learning that they were not able to imagine before. With my old computer, they were always encountering unstable internet connection and slow and unpredictable surfing on the websites.
My students were happy learners now as they could see the instruction presented in multi-media format and have the option to interact with their teacher and their peers from the versatile digital tools.
Distance learning has become fun and something my students look forward to in the mornings. Thank you so much for your support for my students' education!”

Funded May 15, 2020Words cannot express our gratitude for your generous support of my students' educational needs. The whiteboard and the document camera came in at the right timing that distance learning is taking place due to the unprecedent pandemic.
My students were thrilled when they could actually see my math instruction, step by step on the whiteboard. Now that they can hear it and see it, they are understanding better my lesson instruction. I could see their motivation to learn math has raised 100% higher.
With the whiteboard, they are eager to compete the daily math warm up problems, and are challenging themselves for the word problems. With the visuals and pictures I draw on the whiteboard, I could see more student engagement in learning math. With the document camera, my students could see how they can use math manipulative to help them solve math problems.
Thank you so much for your generous donation!”

Funded Dec 29, 2019Words cannot express the excitement my students have when they saw the new supplies arrived from your generosity. They were all shouting "Hooray!" for these are our long-waited surprise.
Now, my students can use the new markers to draw the illustration of a book we read and better understand the stories. They can follow my math lessons to write their steps of problem-solving and have a better understanding of the problem-solving process I teach them. They are excited about the new markers and want to use them everyday.
Our next steps would be to create a poster of fractions in which my students will show me how they solve their fraction problems by drawing the fraction models so that our visual learners can understand the fraction topic better. These new supplies, especially the new markers really are a big plus to support my students' learning as they provide visual aid (pictures and graphics) for my students with auditory processing disorder to see the lesson and therefore, to learn better.”

Funded Dec 6, 2018Words cannot express my and my students' gratitude for your generosity and support for our classroom! For years, we struggle to make our writing projects more exciting and appealing, yet without a color printer, my students were not able to take home a beautiful, colorful class book with their writing and their artistic expression.
My students were awed when they saw this beautiful HP color printer. They cannot believe they can make color printing and copy for their writing. When we were able to make 25 copies of class books featuring their letters to Santa as their Christmas present for their parents, they were all overjoyed! At the parent conference, I have heard many appreciations from the parents that they could have a collection of their child's writing projects in a book without losing the pieces of writing like before.
This wonderful gift from you especially brightened up Johnny who is a young artist. Johnny used to not like writing and often not putting in enough efforts for any writing projects. This color printer changed his mind. When he saw that he could draw beautiful pictures on his writing and even taking home a copy for his mom, his attitude towards writing has a 180-degree change. Now, he enjoys writing and wants to write every day!
Thank you again for your support of my students!”

Funded Aug 27, 2018Words cannot express my students' excitement when they opened the boxes of Chromebooks and flexible chairs. They threw themselves to the bright-colored beanbags and hopped on the wobble chairs right away. The traditional hard classroom chairs are hard for them since they all have the special needs to fidget here and there. To avoid getting themselves distracted, the little wobbly movement and the comfortable beanbags suit their physical needs. Since the flexible chairs arrived, I'm already seeing the difference in their attention level and the improved length of time that they can remain focused.
The Chromebooks are another blessing for my students. They cannot put the Chromebooks down. They enjoy doing the online programs such as LexiaCore5, Getepic, and Zearn. Even Student K who is always making noises to get attention is able to stay on task for longer than 30 minutes for the first time! I'm so glad that I finally am able to find the right learning tools for Student K with your support.
Your generous donation to my students' learning needs has greatly contributed to moving them to the right path-- future academic success. It may be just a little step now, but, they are heading to the right direction. Way to go! Thank you, Donors”

Funded Aug 6, 2018Thank you so much for your donation for my "Effective Learning Through Interactive Reading Programs." My students were so thrilled when they saw the chromebook and headphones. They couldn't wait to put on the headphones and get into their favorite online reading programs.
Now with the headphones and two chromebooks, my students are able to focus on the online reading programs, such as LexiaCore5 and Epic without being bothered by the noise from other students. They are motivated and excited to engage the phonics and reading programs. I can see the improved attitude in their learning already.
Even my most energetic students don't want to leave my resource room because they are so intrigued by the interactive online reading programs. Thank you again for helping my students get on the right path to reading success”
