  • Science in the Classroom

    Thank you so much for funding this project for our classroom. Children were able to explore dinosaur fossils, look at insect slides up close, and learn about butterfly species in America and Asia. The joy on their faces will be seen year after year, and I feel so happy to have scientists in class.

    Our next step for the class, is to scrape our hands and let that sit on a slide for days. We will look at the slides to see the germs that were on our hands. Thank you for the materials to be able to accomplish this!”

Our children will not have science as a specialist this year, so I wanted to enhance the science area of our classroom for them. We will need a microscope with slides, subscription to MysteryScience.com for $100, geodes, magnetic materials, and many other objects to explore. I have many classroom parents who are willing to team with me to plan these amazing science lessons, but we are lacking the materials needed to make it amazing. Please consider giving to this project so the children of St.Paul's West Side can have the science background they deserve. We greatly appreciate your generosity. Thanks!

About my class
