Classroom Chromebooks
Funded Mar 12, 2020My students were so excited to receive our materials. They could hardly wait for the boxes to be opened and the technology to be updated and work on our school wifi. Students will now be able to use the technology every day during our reading, writing, and math block. During reading, students can read or have books read to them with the help of this new technology. During math block, we often times learn and practice new skills on I-Ready and various interactive math game websites. We also use them for writing and publishing new pieces students have written. With the help of these new pieces of technology, students are able to have more time with hands on activities to improve skills learned in the classroom. One of my students' favorite things to do is to play the game Kahoot with their classmates. We also utilize Google classroom in our classroom. We are so very appreciative to have new technology in our classroom!"”

Lap Desks for Learners
Funded Aug 11, 2020It is with great gratitude and appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give, toward "Laptops for Learners!" With the awesome lapdesks, my students have been able to get out of their seats and still be comfortable enoughh on the floor to work in their own space, even with socially distancing due to Covid-19.
Our start of school was very rocky and unfamiliar to us all in the classroom. This was something fun and exciting for the students to be able to enjoy while still maintaining precautions in the class. They just love finding a good spot to independently work away from their desks and plexiglass for a short even just a short bit of time.
Thank you for your kind and generous donations. We are very appreciative!”

Funded Nov 6, 2018Thank you so much for donating to our class project. The students continue to enjoy going to read on the rugs. It is by far their favorite place to be in our classroom. There is an excitement in them that can easily be seen as they rush to find that perfect spot to read or write on the comfort of a soft space that reminds them of being relaxed at home. The students are even able to play math games with more ease as they have a space to sit. The rug has contributed much to the positive learning environment and coziness of the classroom. Thank you again for your time and generosity to our project, "Stretch Out and Read!".”
