I work at a school for the Deaf that serves many low-income students who come from Spanish speaking homes. Not only are they using American Sign Language, but they are also learning English and Spanish to navigate all their different environments. My students love learning and are eager to discover things about the world around them. Anytime they can pick something up, move it and experience it, their motivation sky rockets. These students face so many challenges, so any tool that can help them along the way is valuable to them. I can't wait to see what new things they discover!
