I am a special education teacher for a wonderful group of students. In this advanced age of technology, we are vastly lagging. We have several computer based programs that are great for school day intervention as well as extended practice at home, but there are not enough computers to go around. We are in need of tablets, tablets, tablets. I have allowed my students to use my personal tablets (iPad and 2 Kindle Fires) in order for them to have a faithful amount of time using our prescribed intervention programs. Even still, I am finding that we are coming up short. My plea to all is to please help us build a class that will inspire our children to keep learning and achieving.
