My students are a fun group of loving kids. They are silly, smart, fun, and excited learners. My students greet me every day, some with hugs others with fist bumps. I enjoy seeing their expressions as they eagerly answer questions and dig into their assignments. My students are also high needs. They need more reassurance and confidence boosting than most students. They need that sense of security they may not get anywhere else. These kiddos need to be given a chance to prove, to themselves and the world, what they can accomplish. These students are learning what it means to be a team, and how to work well with others in a professional setting to be successful later in life. They are high tech critical thinkers that merely need the tools to connect their learning to real life situations.
