  • Zombie Autopsies

    Funded Oct 23, 2018

Thank you so much for your support in getting these tablets into the hands of my students! They were literally jumping up and down with excitement when they first saw the brand new technology out in my classroom. Now the Tablets I had before, which was at the top of every student's list of needs they most wanted to use, has become second-best because they all want to use the ones! I have to keep reminding them that the old one used to be a prized commodity!

Having multiple tablets has made such a difference in instructing. I'm now able to have small groups of students rotate through all of the different parts, all including technology, and allow every student to experience differentiated instruction. I have also been able to incorporate them into the our club meetings. Students use the tablets individually and group projects, and they enjoy the printer as well.

Thank you again for supporting this project- you have made a tremendous impact in our classroom!"”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Williams

  • History Is A Weapon, Reading Is A Tool

    Funded Nov 1, 2017

We can not thank you enough for your kindness. We really appreciate the outpouring of gifts. Our new available technology has enhanced our learning. The students are overjoyed to use the iPads, Kindles Fires, and availability of printing supplies.

Students are most excited about using our classroom supplemental textbook online. It helps take the weight off their shoulders, literally. They now are able to leave their books home, and for those who can't afford the book are able to use the book I purchased. Your kindness has and will reach hundreds of underprivileged students. Thank you, a million times, thank you”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Williams

"I have learned that, although I am a good teacher, I am a much better student, and I was blessed to learn valuable lessons from my students on a daily basis. They taught me the importance of teaching to a student - and not to a test." Erin Gruwell
