  Generation Genius is a wonderful website which provides our classroom amazing NGSS aligned lessons and videos which help make learning not only valuable and effective, but also SO much fun! We have already explored this website and have been able to utilize a few of the videos and lessons. One lesson in particular that students loved learning more about is all about ecosystems! • Small-Group Instruction

  Thank you so much for your donation to our Small Group instruction! With your help we now have the necessary materials to have successful small group instruction.

  Small group instruction is a time when I as the teacher can give specialized instruction and training to the needs of throes specific students. Having these materials will make this time effective, special and fun. The reason I say this is because at times students are more willing to engage in their learning when they get to use specialized materials. That means, small group time will be the best time!”

• Wiggle Wobble!

  Thank you for your generous donations!!!! The impact of your donation was felt immediately with my students' reactions and will influence their health and education this year and beyond. The ability to provide students will flexible seating options allows them to work at their best ability within their best learning environment. With your donations I was able to add various seating options to help students with different needs get out their wiggles to help them focus. We have now been able to add five wobble seats, five lap desks, seven bouncy balls, and 30 kicking elastic bands for our desk chairs. Students are learning in their best environment as well as learning how to share and be kind.

• Headphones for Terrific Thirds!

  Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! The immediate impact these headphones have brought to my students and classroom was felt right away. Students are able to work independently without distracting others. This means that students with different needs are able to complete tasks, listen to stories and text being read to them and reduce noise to provide a better learning environment. This also means that my students are each able to have a reliable pair of headphones to use with their Chromebook all year long and for my years to come.
