  • Reading Battles 2

    Funded Jul 20, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations. Our Warriors really enjoyed having these new titles added to their list of club books. Our book club members were able to read these books independently, and then come together for analyzations and discussions. It was great to see how our students loved every single chapter of these books. At times, we would even have groups create questions and then have reading battles against each other. They really enjoyed being able to review what they had read in a fun way.”

    With gratitude,

  • Computer Lab Upgrade!

    Funded May 4, 2022

Thank you so much for helping our students to have full computer access for research, makerspace programs, and testing. These mouse and keyboard bundles have been of so much assistance throughout the year. Now that all state assessments are online, it is imperative for our students to use our computers on a daily basis. They have practiced their computer skills with so many different programs such as typing club, AR, and Lexia. Our students love that these bundles are wireless, so they don't have to worry about any knot problems. Once again, our Warriors thank you!”

    Funded Sep 23, 2021

Again, thank you so much for all your generous donations. These books have brought so much joy to my students. It is amazing what a book can do. The smiles on their faces when they saw all the wonderful, fun titles were priceless. My students have really enjoyed reading each and every title provided by you. The love for reading has definitely grown throughout the campus. Not only is vocabulary, fluency and articulation improving, but student self esteem is flourishing as well. • Reading Takes You Out of this World!

    Funded Apr 30, 2021

Thank you so much for making this project possible. My students were extremely excited to be able to receive books for them to continue to enhance their reading and comprehension at home. The dedication these students have towards reading is admirable. Covid19 changed many things, but with these books our students continued reading and growing stronger at home. Their enormous smiles made my day when the books were given. Students couldn't believe that they didn't have to return the books like they usually do. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

  • Fuel My Mind!

    Funded Dec 19, 2019

It was such a blessing to have received all those snacks for my students. Thank you so much! They were so excited to see all the goodies they were going to be able to enjoy as incentives and daily snacks. It was so nice to see their little faces when I took everything out from the boxes. I explained that snacks were also going to be used as motivation and incentives to keep them nice and fueled throughout the day. Every day, they really looked forward to continue to work hard for their treats. Once again, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

  • Can You Hear Me?

    Funded Dec 10, 2019

Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students were so excited to receive they're new headphones. They couldn't believe they would all have their own pair now. Usually, they had to take turns using the few I had available for them. They were so excited to work on their educational programs such as Education Galaxy and Epic all at the same time since they all had their own headphones. All my students were able to benefit from this project, however the ones that really enjoyed them the most were my bilingual and sped students. Headphones helped tremendously when using their laptops or tablets.”

  • Coloring the World With Kindness!

    Funded Jul 20, 2019

Thank you so much for all the materials donated to my classroom. My students were very excited when they heard the wonderful news that we were getting all the material we had requested. They have really enjoyed using all the vinyl to create shirts and label different items. Just recently, they created shirts for Unity Day. They each proudly walked around the school with a shirt that they had literally made themselves. It said, " Be a buddy, not a bully". Our next project will be to promote kindness with a shirt that says "BE KIND".”

I want my students to learn how to be tolerant and accepting of others regardless of race, religion, sex, or academic as well as physical disabilities. We will use the Cricut MAKER to create t-shirts to wear at school in order to create awareness of diversity, empathy, and the effects of bullying. My students will all make their own shirts to wear proudly at our campus. The Cricut Maker will help them create clothing with positive sayings which will build character and self esteem along with dealing directly with bullying issues. We will continue to learn to accept the diversity and differences of others. I want them to celebrate the uniqueness of all people. It will also teach leadership, compassion and acceptance, and how to be a positive role model in the community. We are striving to have a bully-free school environment where they will be able to make a difference.
