I would like for you to know my Second grade class. They are very special to me, each one brings something unique in my classroom. I look out in my class and see students that are faced with adult situations each day. Alot of time there is no adult supervision, they are living in poverty situations, and/or school is the only place they feel safe at. With our school located in a rural area, our free/reduce lunch rate is very high (over 90%). This makes it hard for us that wants to bring special educational manipulatives in to make learning more inspirational. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for helping me take these Second grade students further in their education than they have ever been. Thanks so much!!
