A low income neighborhood without access to a school or public library with students hungry to learn and to be exposed to more to the world, but without the need of a passport. My high school is new and we are trying to give our students every access to the world on a limited budget. In a world where reading can open the minds to new cultures, experiences, and worlds, our students have not had easy access to interesting books. It is a goal of Big Picture to allow young adults to experience in life and in literature in a variety of ways. This library is just one way to help open our students minds and worlds.

About my class
