At Ray Graham Training Center High School, students with Intellectual Disabilities learn vital employment skills by working throughout the school and also through supported employment settings. To supplement the employment training program, the School Counselor, Mrs. Connors, and I have developed a program to support our students in developing social skills that are vital to success at work. Learning goals for the program include selecting appropriate work attire, understanding a work schedule, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution. Our goal is to support each student in reaching their full potential in their vocational settings. We are looking for donors to fund supplies the students need to be successful at work, including hygiene kits, alarm clocks, work attire, and pocket calendars. Thank you for your interest in our program!
