• Accepting Autism

  My students are ready to start the new school year and enjoy a safe secure place to learn in a positive environment. Walking into a room that is set up for their success.

  Having a place to recharge and refuel throughout the day is huge!

  From stress balls, to coloring books, to high interest books around them.

  Giving my students a wide range of reading levels and books across all genres has really opened up more opportunities for growth! Thank you for your support and generosity! My students are so excited to choose books for their summer reading!

  The students had so much fun today cooking cookies and making bags of treats for teachers, custodians, bus drivers, and other community members who make it all happen! • Executive Functioning and Mindfulness Meet

  Funded Dec 8, 2022

  Thank you for supplying fidgets, timers, and other supplies that support brain based research and the importance of having items that allow for brain breaks. The timers help to manage task and have visuals to support self- regulation and tools for success.

  With donations and support such as yours students can be successful while being supported.

  The fidgets allow students to release some of the stress or anxiety that can be created by testing situations. Sometimes students find themselves frustrated but by having the coloring books that not only tap into creative thoughts but tend to relieve stress. Thank you!”

• Personalized Purposeful Instruction

• Reading Response Journals

  I cannot tell you how excited the students were when they got to choose their journal. Even having the choice of colored composition books was acknowledged and added to the excitement. They were able to select a few free books and begin responses.

  Your donation helped to give them a vehicle to record their thoughts and map out their thinking. Thank you so much for inspiring young readers and writers with your contribution.

  Having the supplies and materials readily available was your gift to them. They have already been put to use and my goal is for students to do it willingly and without reminders🌸.”

• Pop Into Reading

  I cannot tell you how grateful and surprised students were when they got to choose a book just for "popping in". They sorted through them reading the blurbs and making sure it was a just right book. Some of them were even offering book recommendations to each other.

  Now students have a book in their hand they selected and it offered an opportunity for parents to see the titles and selection.

  Handing out the bags of popcorn to the children and the notes put a smile on a lot of faces. I am hoping it will spark a fire as they work toward reaching their reading goals. You helped to make a memory and a difference! Thank you!”
