    Funded Jan 20, 2025

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity towards my students! my kids will be thrilled when they learn that this project was fulfilled. I can not wait to distribute these snacks on Fridays and to enjoy the portable bluetooth device when the weather warms up. We are so thankful.”

  • Outdoor Comfort

    Funded May 7, 2024

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity towards my students. The Ruggable washable rug has exceeded our expectations! Not only is it thick and plush, but it also lays flat in our classroom (instead of curling up at the edges, which can be a tripping hazard) and has washed well in a standard sized washing machine! I was very pleased to note that the subtle colors did not fade after the first cleaning. Looking forward to seeing many years of children sprawled comfortably on this accent rug, enjoying books, games, and conversation.”

  • Autumn Holidays

    Funded Oct 14, 2024

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity towards my students! Unboxing these treats brought us so much joy and we have already started to decorate our classroom with the Halloween decals and are looking forward to having a bright and festive space. Given that we spend most of our waking hours in our classroom, it is so important for it to feel homey and represent our families' values and cultures. Diwali, the festival of light, is coming up in two weeks and we will keep our classroom lights on through the winter holidays as well.”

  • Setting Up a Clean Classroom

    Funded Jul 2, 2024

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity towards my students. Moving to a new campus and setting up a classroom from scratch is a tremendous challenge, so I am very grateful for your support and investment in my second graders. An essential component to a healthy classroom is a HEPA air purifier (with replacement filters) to keep allergies and germs at bay. This has helped ensure that the kids who enter my classroom in August will breathe clean air and catch fewer colds during the flu season.”

  • Finishing the Year Strong!

    Funded May 4, 2024

Thank you so much for your generosity towards my students! With your support, we were able to make great use of our wonderful outdoor classroom. The tissue paper squares were used to create items for upcoming holidays (papel picado and tissue paper flowers for Mother's Day) and the stools are weather-proof and portable, so can were able to take them outdoors (they're functional in the classroom too). The TpT gift cards will support my students by expanding my repertoire of enrichment lessons that lend themselves to an outdoor classroom, such as scavenger hunts and escape rooms.”

  • Enhancing STEM Learning

    Funded Aug 20, 2024

Thank you so much for investing in my students! Setting up a new classroom (and wanting to make it homey and welcoming) can be costly, but with your support, I've been able to provide my students with a warm and comfortable environment. My second graders love the flexible seating in our classroom and are learning to make good choices by self selecting their work spots.

As the kids get accustomed to using Chromebooks for word processing and playing online games, having computer mice has lessened their frustration and given them more fine motor control.”

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity towards my students. These materials will grow our diverse classroom library, support an upcoming literacy unit on aviation, and add to our growing supply of math manipulatives. I am looking forward to unpacking our new materials next week with my lucky students.”

These flexible seating options will allow my students to work alone, in partnerships, and in co-operative groups. One of my goals for my incoming 4th graders is to increase their autonomy, assist them in making responsible choices, and be accountable for those choices. Students will become more cognizant about their unique learning styles and will see that there are multiple ways to learn. It is my responsibility to provide these students the best possible learning environment - more than just a safe space to escape their trauma, our classroom will be a beautiful, cozy retreat...where introverts and extroverts will have their needs met.
