    Thank you so much for supporting my coders! I can't wait to use this with my students. We are now starting coding. I know that my students will enjoy using this. This is the first year my students are receiving computer science each week. I see all K-2 students each week. Coding is just one part of computer science, but probably the most fun.

    Sphero Indi allows even my K students a way to play while learning how to code. I love how it allows for hands on learning not on the computer, which is important when learning how to code with these students. Thank you so much for your help!”

  • Coding in Math

    This project was very important to me. This is my first year as a computer science teacher. All K-2 students are now getting computer science weekly with me. Students are being taught how to code for the first time. This week students enjoyed participating in the hour of code by playing Mouse Mania and Code and Go Mouse. We will then expand on their knowledge of coding by using the math portion along with coding. I will be able to collaborate with the teacher's pacing guide to teach math skills along with coding. It allows students to have a hands on experience while also using technology. They will have to manipulate the blocks to create the code in order to move through their different levels.   • I Can Read!

    Thank you so much In helping to provide books for my students to help them read. These sight word books have been amazing. I was able to pair up my students who already knew the first one hundred sight words with students who were still struggling. They loved reading together and helping them read and learn the words. This helped my students learn more words and in a shorter period of time than with me during small groups. This is a great resource for any teacher needing to help their students learn to read.”
