In Pre-K and Kindergarten PE, the students are full of energy, curiosity, and excitement. They are developing fundamental motor skills such as running, jumping, and throwing, while also learning the importance of teamwork, listening, and following directions. Activities are designed to foster coordination, balance and spatial awareness, often through fun games and exercise that encourage movement and creativity. They are introduced to basic concepts of sportsmanship, taking turns, and respecting others. Their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn make every PE session an engaging and dynamic experience.
