  • Back to Basics!

    Funded Mar 11, 2025

Thank you very much for your most generous donation that brought my classroom project to life for my first graders. The boxes got delivered while my students were on spring break. On the first day back, the students entered the classroom and saw all the boxes stacked high on the table. The students were in awe, their eyes lit up, and they cheered with excitement!

The students were so happy with the Kleenex because they were down to only 1 box left. I was thrilled with the Clorox wipes because I was supplying that for my classroom since we ran out from December.

As I opened the remaining boxes, the students took turns taking items out of the boxes. They cheered with yays and woohoos when they saw the items like pens, containers, lego sets, fidgets, bells, and everything else our classroom needed.

My students and I are so grateful for your generous and thoughtful donation that made all this possible for us. Thank you!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Iopa

  • Shine Bright!

    Funded Dec 3, 2024

Thank you very much for your most generous donations toward our classroom project, "Shine Bright". It was because of your thoughtfulness and willingness to donate that our project came life in the classroom.

The students were so excited when the Amazon boxes got delivered. Their eyes lit up instantly, then their curiosity set in as they asked,"what's in the boxes?" Together as a class, the students excitedly opened the boxes and took out the items one by one and they cheered as they read the neon signs.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this organization and the donors that are bringing so much life, experiences, and joy into the classrooms.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Iopa

  • For the Love of Students

    Funded Oct 19, 2024

Thank you very much for bringing our classroom project to life with your most generous donation. We are so appreciative!

The students eyes lit up when they saw boxes delivered to our classroom. Then came the question, "What's inside?" All the students were guessing what they thought was inside the boxes. The room was filled with excitement!

The items for our classroom projects were quickly put to use. The Kleenex arrived just at the start of flu season. The students used the special pens to create a poster to hang in their building for the culminating laulima (helping hands) school wide project. The lamination pouches were used for special occasion projects like the turkey handprint to add to their memory books.

Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and generosity!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Iopa

  • Let Compassion Grow

    Funded May 3, 2024

Thank you very much for your most generous donations. We are truly grateful for the donors that brought our compassion project to life.

The boxes were delivered to the classroom and the students eyes just lit up as they were jumping for joy. As we unpacked the boxes and took the items out, the students kept cheering. They were so excited for the compassion project that I had talked to them about.

Some students already showed compassion by writing some thank you notes to community members that came to school for Career Day. Others wrote to college volunteers that helped students with their reading.

The students that come to school without a morning snack were delighted to choose a snack from the newly filled snack bin. The students were absolutely thrilled with the variety.

It's been only a couple days since receiving the compassion project items and you can see it's already been put to good use. I see compassion growing in our classroom. Thank you very much again!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Iopa

  • An Assortment of Projects

    Funded Feb 17, 2024

Thank you very much for your most generous donation. The students and I were ecstatic when we found out our classroom project got fully funded!!! The students were so excited when the boxes got delivered to our classroom. If only you could witness their eyes light up and then they started clapping, jumping up and down, and cheering all at the same time.

The students are thrilled with the Fun Friday Carts. It has been a positive motivator to get their work finished on time daily so they can participate. They are fully engaged in the new activities offered in the cart.

We are so thankful for our restocked our art supplies and school supplies. Much mahalo again for your continued support in our Hawai'i classrooms. It means so much to teachers.”

  • An Array of Projects

    Funded Nov 18, 2023

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I am truly grateful for your most generous and thoughtful donation. Your donation brought all my projects that I want to do with my first grade students to LIFE! The students were cheering with such excitement when the brown boxes arrived in our classroom. The cheers got even louder when we opened all the boxes to see all the materials inside. The students were so happy and they look forward to participating in all the projects they will do all because of your generous donation.

The students got to use many of the materials already. They completed their snowman engineering project using the colored papers, tape, and clipboards that made it even more fun. Their memory books (binders) are slowly getting filled up with all their projects from the beginning of the school year. The students are loving their birthday wishes pouches filled with stickers, wand, and other fun surprises.

Thank you again for your most generous and thoughtful ways!”

    Funded Oct 19, 2023

My heart is full of gratitude! Your most generous donations brought my classroom project to life for my little first graders. If you could only see their eyes light up when I started taking the materials out of the boxes. Then came all the cheering!

The students love the new additions to their recess equipment. They are excited to go out and play now. My students are learning how to take care of their hygiene with all the health items from my project. The fidgets are helping my students to calm their bodies during transitions throughout the day.

Thank you again for extending your kindness and generosity to me and my first grade students.”

Thank you very much for your kind and generous donations which brought our new small group area into our classroom. The students were so ecstatic and cheering when the furniture was being taken out of the shipping boxes.

Through your donations, our class got a table that fits 5 students comfortably, perfect sized student stools, a chair for the teacher, and a mobile computer table to display the visuals for the small group lessons. The students look forward to their time at the new small group area.

Please check out the photos of our new small group area. We love it and we owe it all to our thoughtful donors!”

  • Bring Engineering And Technology Into Our Classroom

    Funded Sep 29, 2023

Thank you for your kind and generous donations which brought our engineering class project to life. Through your donations, our class got a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card.

The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card was used to purchase standards based engineering lessons. The students were completely ecstatic with their first engineering lesson. The students designed the blueprints of their very own jack-o-lanterns, then went on to create it using construction paper, and finally had to write whether they would make any revisions for the future. Please check out the photos of the student samples.

The students are looking forward to their next engineering lessons! Thank you again for bringing this engineering project to life for my little first graders.”

  • The Students are the Heart of the Classroom

    Funded Mar 5, 2023

My heart is full. Your donation filled my classroom with 23 very happy, excited, and cheerful students! Their reactions as I took out the materials one at a time from boxes were priceless.

The students were absolutely thrilled with individualized student tags. Each student got to pick out their charms and colors as I learned more about their likes and dislikes. The students made keepsakes for their Mother's Day gifts using the canvas pouches and acrylic paint pens. The students were ecstatic with the finished products!

As you can see, it was YOUR kind and generous donations that created these special moments for my 23 students. Thank you very much!”

Students were welcomed onto campus for a brand new school year! My students were happy and excited to be in the classroom, but at the same time felt nervous and scared. I'd like to create a learning space that will "Let Calmness Pour Into Our Classroom"! To create a calm feeling in the classroom, I'd like to use blue, yellow, and green bulletin board paper on the walls along with pouches to display the student's work. I also want to provide each student with their very own individual pouch of fidget gadgets, sensory toys, and small manipulatives to calm their minds to focus on learning. Please help bring my project to life!
