Doll House: Where Pretend Play Comes Alive
Funded Feb 16, 2023Thank you so much for the generous donation to our classroom. Your donation went to our classroom, getting a new dollhouse and a new animal play clubhouse. These types of engaging activities allowed the children to learn through play. They are learning social, emotional skills, interactions, jobs, animal and people behaviors, and so much more! You have helped bring joy to our classrooms. Every student wants to go to this doll house in this clubhouse has become a very popular station. Thank you again for your contribution 3K004 loves you for it.”

Learning Within Their Reach
Funded Nov 29, 2022Thank you so much for your generosity to our classroom. The cubby storage unit provides the students with access to our music materials. Our students love to dance, sing, and play with instruments. Having this storage unit has made it easy for the students to access musical instruments.
Throughout the last couple of weeks I have noticed that more children are going over to the music center and playing instruments. Our students are requesting songs and playing the instruments to the beat. My students are very musical!”

Funded Aug 31, 2022This project has had such a wonderful impact on my students educational journey. The use of the magnetic book shelves allow gym students to access books and paper materials with ease. It provides them access to our weekly books. With the support of the book shelves and it's easy access to instructional materials I have taken notice that my students have read and reread our monthly books. They can't quite read yet, however they are recalling details and using clues from the pictures to retell the stories. They are modeling the teachers.
The bubble machine and batteries have created a fun gross motor activity to keep the children entertained.”

Dr. DoLittle Loves 3K Sweet Treats
Funded Nov 17, 2021Thank you so much for your generous donations to our project! The students used the ice cream cart and veterinarian/ doctor cart for imaginative play. Both these activity centers provide real world experiences and prompt dialogue and problem solving skills to ensure cognitive development.
We find that these center activities have had a vast impact on their language development, as well as their ability to imaginative play. Imaginative play at this age (3k) helps the children develop their cognitive abilities to problem solve, predict, and develop community awareness.
Thank you for your support!”

3-K Science Discovery and Exploration
Funded Aug 23, 2021My students are using the science specimens every single day in the science and nature center. They love seeing all the difference specimens (flowers to bugs) under the magnifying glasses. They explore the fossils under the magnifying glasses as well, the fossils are helping spark interest and discussion in what fossils are and how they are formed. These resources have created a wonderful educational exploration that has created interest to further their learning about animals and plant life. The multitude of resources provided through your support has allowed our 3K program to rotate the resources to help maintain student interest.”
