  • Help My Students Navigate AP US History

    Funded Jun 2, 2016

Thank you so much for your donations to my classroom. My Advanced Placement United States History students gained so much from the materials that your donation helped to provide. My students were able to practice actual AP questions using the software we purchased. This came in very handy last year in West Virginia due to our work stoppage. My AP US class missed over nine days of school due to our work stoppage here in West Virginia. During that time students used the material that we purchased to keep current in class. Both I and my students thank each and everyone that donated to our cause.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Hunt

  • Help My APUSH Students Hunt for a 5 in May!

    Funded Jan 1, 2015

I can't fully express my joy, excitement, and thanks for your donation to my project. It is great to see that you share my vision for helping students achieve their goals.

Because of you my students were able to sharpen their skills in preparation for the AP U.S. History test this year. We used the book "History In The Making" throughout the second semester and especially during our reviews for the AP test this May

With your generous donation you have helped my students get closer to reaching our goal as described in our APUSH slogan "Hunt For A 5 In May!"”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Hunt

  • Help My AP Psychology Students Hunt For A 5 In May!

    Funded Sep 12, 2013

I can't fully express my joy, excitement, and thanks for your donation to my project. It is great to see that you share my vision for helping students achieve their goals.

The tools that you have funded will help my students practice their AP Psychology vocabulary in preparation for the AP exam in May. Flashcards are a vital tool to help students study and learn the vocabulary that plays such an important part in the AP Psychology curriculum.

With your generous donation you have helped my students get closer to reaching our goal as described in our AP Psychology slogan "Hunt For A 5 In May!"”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Hunt

My students are from a public school in an very rural low socioeconomic area in West Virginia. Despite the area in which they live and attend school, my students are hard workers and have high aspirations for their futures. By taking AP courses in high school they are preparing themselves for the rigor they will face in college.
