  The children were so excited to receive their new resources. Being that our school has a heavy focus on phonics and phonemic awareness, these centers were the perfect fit for our classroom. My students love using these centers. It is so wonderful, because they have the opportunity to practice important skills taught during phonics instruction on a daily basis.

• Play-Doh Is Not Just For Playing

  Wow playdough for my wonderful students was a hit. They were so excited to get new, fresh, playdough to use. The smiles on their faces were priceless.

  In our classroom, we use playdough not just to play with but for many educational purposes as well. The children learn so many things in Kindergarten. The are so curious and hands on learning is so important at this stage of their lives. When we use playdough in our classroom, we use it for so many things. We use it to make letters, build sight words, build names, make numbers, addition sentences and much much more. We are currently learning about the weather in Kindergarten. The children used the playdough to make weather related items such as the sun, clouds, blue skies, rain,snow and much much more.

• Scholastic News Is a Window To The World Around Us!

  Thank you for your generous donation of the "Scholastic News" that we received back in September. These resources are truly so amazing.

  They are making a huge impact in my classroom. The topics are all of interest to the children, which keeps them engaged while they are learning so much. They especially love to take the Scholastic News" home to read to their families as well.

  The non-fiction topics are amazing. The children have learned so much already. They have learned about trees, seasons, pumpkins, holidays, winter animals and much much more.

• Cool Rewards For My Hardworking Students!

  Thank you so much for the treasure boxes you provided for my wonderful students. They were so excited when the packages arrived. It gave them even more motivation to earn a trip to the treasure box. The children have many opportunities to earn rewards and incentives in my classroom . They could not wait to get the opportunity to pick a prize from the treasure box. Needless to say when the children earned a trip to the treasure box , they were very impressed!   Wow! Having this laptop in my classroom has been so amazing and truly wonderful. It has been such a huge asset to my classroom! The children have greatly benefited by having this resource in the classroom as well. I have been able to use it for so many different things to benefit my superb students. I use it on a daily basis to communicate with parents, provide virtual trips to my students, read online books, create STEM activities and both literary and math centers.   There are no words to explain how grateful I am for the snacks that you provided to my wonderful students. They were so excited when they saw the packages arrive and even more thrilled to have such an amazing selection to pick from when they are hungry. Some kids come to school without eating breakfast. Having these snacks helps the children eat something which provides them with the energy they need for school.
