We need maps. Teachers are winging it by bringing in materials of their own, but I am hoping that someone will jump in and help provide my students with fabulous maps and atlases that can be accessed at will whenever needed. I teach U.S. and World History. How can this effectively be done without understanding where we all come from and the context of where it took place? It's pretty tough. These maps and Atlases will continue to enhance the geography rich history classrooms that I strive to create. We live in a world that students need to come to understand. Where do they come from? Where do their classmates come from? What is our relationship to the rest of the country? To the rest of the world? I hope you can help.
